I ordered a cat tree in October. It is now Dec.

8 and I still have not received it.

I asked for a refund which I have not received. I will never buy anything from these people since their customer service just gives the run around and it feels like a scam.

Looking for my order

I have been tracking my order. It's says it in Watervliet NY since October 29th 2024.

It hasn't been delivered and I didn't get any notification to pickup, also your online customer service don't help out any but want to charge me 30 to 46 dollars to talk to a technician.

This is crazy all i want is my package. That's what you get for doing business with china

Order not received after 2 months

I ordered a cat tree in October and the money was taken out of my account right away. I have waited for the order which came from China.

I was advised it was delivered but it was not.

I was told I was registered for another delivery. I still have not received the order and I have not received a refund that I requested.

Return pop up states to call and the phone number is no longer in service.

Purchased a handbag and shoes for a total of $515. Received shoes with price stickers all over them and one tag actually left an imprint.

These shoes obviously were on display somewhere and were subjected to a lot of sunlight.

The tassel on the handbag fell apart as soon as I took it out of the plastic wrap.

For the amount I paid for these 2 items I expect top quality. This is absolutely horrible and it makes me doubt The Shopping Channel. I tried to start a Return in my account but the pop up window states I have to call with a phone number that is no longer in service. I tried a different number and it is also not in service.

Is this common practice for Shopping Chsnnel? Ive ordered items from them over the years and never had an issue like this.

Card issues

Good day TSC, I'm a very happy customer. The other day, I received an email stating that the MasterCard I used to make my purchase wasn't accepted by your company, which is strange because I used the same to purchase a TV from you.

However, I'd like to continue with my previous order by using a different card with easy pay payments. Every time I call, a recording comes on saying there are issues on their end, therefore they cannot continue with my call. I was out camping over the long weekend with my family. So, can someone please get back to me?

As I said, I'd love to move forward with my order #Z878********. Thank you!

Terrible company

TSC (The Shopping Choice) is a terrible company, with terrible customer service. They wrote me a collections letter when they settled the issue with my Visa and agreed to pay the over-charge.

Yet they turn around and come after me for the $50 sending me a threatening collections letter. Visa told me to ignore and they have never heard of a merchant doing this. Now I can't reach supervisor to speak with and they always have "issues with their system" and have to call me back .

Visa asked me if they are an Asian online merchant. Nope, they are owned by Rogers Communications Canada

Bad customer service

I placed my order then noticed they were advertising a further 20% discount on orders. I phoned them right away but was told it was too late to change the order.

I was advised to return the item once received. Pay for return shipping and also pay their 'restocking ' fee.

They do not care about their customers once they have your money .

Please think carefully before dealing with them.

I will not be shopping there anymore.

Still waiting for pickup shipping label

I received a defected spa and I have been waiting for over 10 days for the return shipping label. I have called 3 times and they say their system is down to proceed with label. this is b.s.

Will not honor discount advertised on their site

Placed an ordered then noticed they were advertising an further discount of 20%. Phoned them right away but was told orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

You can only return the item at your own cost and pay them 'restocking ' fee.

Once they have your money they do not care about you. Please think carefully before spending your money with them.

I was their long time customer but will not be shopping with them anymore.

I have a charge of almost 230$ from this website on my credit card. I just contacted my bank to tell them this is a fraud.

Where’s my order

I orderred a game table on 12-17-23. It waa a B1G1F, so I'd be getting 2 for the price of one.

Ive emailed them 4 times and they havent emailed me back. My credit card was also charged, so Ive paid in full for my order.

FED UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Start with trying to set up an account only to find out it has all the basics, no payment options, no transactions nothing. It takes telephone call after telephone call to get just one thing right.

they keep sending you to customer hub all the time I have to call them and explain that my account has little to nothing information in my account even though they have more in their files than in my online file. I get a letter from them threatening me that they will turn me over to collection agency for a payment they didnt receive and I have been paying for it ever since I first ordered. They tried to say that it was my banks fault. I told them that I have paid with the exact amount with the exact same card they saw fit to charge for all the other months.

I decided to pay on the premise that A/R remove all penalties for that payment to be put back in good standing. They are now saying that even though I paid, it will take 3 to 5 business days well over the time before collections . I have been told by all three agents I spoke to about this matter Oh, dont worry about it youll be alright, we have the information and your case number..

And I wanted a confirmation number for the payment I made, which they said they couldnt provide for me even though I just gave them a payment.

My experience with them from the moment I bought anything and opened an account has been below unsatisfactory . As soon as I pay off everything , including the little 2 and 3 dollar dings, Im done, I am so over this organization.

My return would not be accepted. The item was over $200.00.

Paid in full but keep getting my credit card charged. Three times more so far.

A company that has such terrible accounts payable in this economy taking more money from people.

Do not risk your credit card information with their company. Their customer service was not helpful at all.
